Victoria Health Club Conditions of Entry

To maximise everyone’s enjoyment of the club, guests are always required to behave in a safe and responsible manner and abide by the rules of the club.

• Children under 5 years old must wear a wristband and be constantly supervised remaining within arms reach of the supervisor parent/guardian. If the child is in the water, the parent/guardian must be in the water too.
• Children under the age of 10 years must wear a wristband and must always be actively supervised (in the club) by a parent/ guardian (guardian must be 16 years of age or older).
• Children under 13 years must be accompanied into the club and be constantly supervised by a parent/ guardian, who is 16 years or over. New sentence the parents/guardian must have a clear view of the child at all times.
• Any sexual harassment or innuendo will result in immediate cessation of your right to access or remain in the club.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law this club is not responsible for any loss, damage or expense, however it arises, whether direct or indirect and/or whether present, unascertained, future or contingent suffered by you or any third party arising from or in connection with your use of a facility in the club.
• The Health Club and Group Fitness classes are accessible to members and people 16 years and older (unless they form part of a supervised program approved by the centre).
• Inappropriate conduct, foul language or aggressive behaviour is not permitted.
• Respect the rights of others.
• Appropriate attire must be worn for the relevant activity.
• Consuming alcohol or drugs or visiting the club while intoxicated or under the influence is not permitted.
• Bringing alcohol or drugs onto the premises is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not permitted within the club’s grounds.
• Glass items are not permitted within the club.
• Any persons taking photos in the facility are obligated to ensure that no other visitors to the facility are being photographed or filmed without their express consent.
• For entry into the club membership passes must be scanned or a casual entry fee paid at each visit.
• Always follow hazard an regulation signs.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry, or remove guests from the club who do not abide by the rules of the club.
• Please observe all signage within the club.

Please acknowledge that you enter the club at your own risk and you will not hold the club or staff liable for any personal injury or loss/ damage of property that may arise.
