Aerobic Training
Challenge your cardiovascular and muscular endurance like never before. Our aerobic training classes are a high intensity workout that will get your heart rate pumping.
Recovery Class
Follow our instructor’s guidance to alternate between our hydrotherapy pool at 34°C and an ice bath at 10°C. Sessions increase blood circulation to relieve sore muscles, reduce inflammation and boost focus, mood and sleep quality.
Outdoor Training
Outdoor training classes take place outdoors, meeting on Junction Oval. These classes combine elements of high-intensity interval training, core, cardio and strength exercises to enhance both mental and physical endurance.
Run Club
Get your body moving outdoors in the fresh air with a blend of intervals, time trials, endurance and fun. This program will teach you techniques to help you become a better runner. Come along to receive advice and encouragement from our community of runners.
