At [venue name] we strive to inspire and assist our members and guests in incorporating at least 30 minutes of moderate activity, five times a week. Our goal is to inspire and support individuals in their mental and physical health and social wellbeing.
Our programs are powered by B Active and are designed to provide members and guests with the flexibility to choose and customise their workouts according to their preferences and energy levels. Whether someone is looking for a high-intensity session or a more relaxed and low-impact workout, our programs offer a range of options to cater to individual needs.

Supported Workout Plans
We offer a free onboarding experience with our qualified and experienced fitness professionals. You will be provided with tailored guidance and support, to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge on how you can be active and achieve your health and wellbeing goals.
Personal Training
Experience a one-on-one coaching service provided by certified trainers. Get a customised exercise program tailored to your individual goals, abilities, and preferences. Personal trainers guide, motivate, and educate members throughout their health and wellbeing journeys, ensuring proper form, technique, and safety.
Group Exercise
If you love being a part of a community our classes foster a great community environment that make you feel welcome, excited and keep you coming back for more. With over xx classes per week, there is something for everyone.
Exercise Physiology
Exercise Physiologists deliver you safe and effective exercise interventions to help you reach your optimal health. Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are university qualified, allied health professionals with the knowledge, skills and competencies to serve those with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.
Coaching Zone
Coaching Zone is a fitness program that combines group personal training and coaching. We use the latest technology and techniques in a 45-minute workout, followed by 15 minutes of coaching to review your progress and educate you on a range of lifestyle factors that can accelerate your results.
Take Charge
Take Charge! is a free referral-based program that gives access and support to engage in exercise for 60 days. This includes 5 appointments with a Coach to develop a Personalised Exercise Program to ensure the Health Club is as comfortable as possible. Referrals can be sourced by your preferred Health Professional, such as your GP, Psychiatrist or Psychologist.
Teen Active
Teens need exercise too, so we’ve created a specialised membership just for teenagers, aged 11 to 16. Once a teen has met with our qualified trainers, we will allow them access to the Health Club between xxpm – xpm each weekday, or at any time with a parent/guardian who is also a Health Club member.
B Active Longer
We run specialised older adults group exercise classes each week, known as B Active Longer. These are a full body workout focusing on strength, fitness, balance and overall movement.
