GOswim Program

Developed in partnership with Swimming Australia, GOswim swimming and water safety lessons focus on contemporary, experiential, activity-based aquatic learning experiences. GOswim is a fun and engaging way for kids from 6 months to primary age, to learn to swim and be safe in aquatic environments.

GOswim lessons will equip students of all ages and abilities with essential swimming and water safety skills, focusing on five key learning areas:

  • Safe entries and exits 
  • Balance, movement and recovery  
  • Breath control, submersion and readiness  
  • Water safety  
  • Swimming stroke development

  • Promotion is only offered on GOswim direct debit memberships at Victoria Health Club.
  • Promotion includes: Pay nothing until 6th February 2025 – including first 2 lessons free and $0 enrolment fee (to the value of $80).
  • 1 x 6 visit Reformer Pilates Pass will be included for each new student enrolled in the promotional period. Reformer Pass must be activated within 7 days of enrolment and is valid for 14 days once activated.
